Ewert Appraisal Services has been a family owned and operated business in the Gunnison Valley since 1997. Alex Ewert has lived in the area for over 40 years, and has an intimate knowledge of each unique neighborhood and market segment.

In 1997, Lyn Ewert started Ewert Appraisal Services as a one person business. Eventually, both she and her husband, Dan, grew the business and soon included their son, Alex. Dan and Lyn have now retired, but Alex continues to strive to provide our local community with the best valuation services possible. Our family have been members of the local community since the 1960's, and Alex was born and raised in the Gunnison Valley, attending school in both Gunnison and Crested Butte. Our family history and experience provides a wealth of knowledge about our small and special community! Ewert Appraisal Services continues to live and maintain an office in the valley, and is readily available to provide you with fast, accurate service.
